Stylish, comfy, and safe for a newborn!
This is the best baby carrier I have ever used- the fabric is great quality and soft. Plus it’s one of the view structured carriers that is safe for newborns. Baby has to be at least 7 lbs to use safely. We love it! I can breastfeed in it easily due to the stretchiness of the fabric. It is easy to put on by myself and I walked far in it and had no back pain. Highly recommend to anyone with a newborn! I’m 5ft 2 in and it works well for my dimensions. Also the style is pretty cute rather than some of those ugly bulky carriers.

Did not disappoint
I was looking for a baby carrier for my Velcro Baby, so I would be able to use 2 hands to do stuff around the house and for certain outings. With my first son I had the K-Tan, which was nice, but my neck and back would start to hurt pretty soon after putting it on. I needed something I could wear for longer periods this time. After doing a ton of research, I purchased the Ergo Embrace.Pros:*This carrier is very easy to use. I can put iton and get my son in it securly by myself.*It is highly adjustable.*It is comfortable towear for long periods of time.*It is lightweight and portable.*Decent price point.*Nice color*Machine WashableCons:*Not good for long term use because it only goes up to 25 pounds, but I've heard it gets harder to wear once baby hits 15 pounds.*When my baby is very small he could rest his head on the back of the carrier, but as he grew this wasn't an option anymore and he could only rest his head on me, so I've had to be more vigilant of where his head is and make sure I have my hand on it if I'm bending down.*While it is very portable it doesn't fold up nice or come with a carrying bag.Overall, I would highly recommend this carrier.

Would recommend
My grandson has been able to use this for almost a year! This holds him securely and can be put on easily by myself. It buckles nice and strong, and has lots of room to grow. It is very comfortable since it has the wide shoulder straps and distributes his weight nicely.

Best Carrier
I have tried a few different carriers, this is by far my favorite. The hybrid of being a carrier and a wrap is a dream. The fit is snug and comfortable. I will say when I first put my 20 lb 6 month old forward facing, it did leave bruises on his legs. You have to get it just right! With my firstborn, I had the ergo360. He was 10lbs when he came out and when I say carrying him in the 360 killed my hips, I mean it. Anytime I would do a hike, within 35 minutes I was hurting. This carrier is a game changer and never hurts! Its extremely easy to get on and off by myself- even my fiance can do it on himself. I had my second son in February so I went with the regular material instead of the breathable. It isn't terrible in the summer, but I sometimes wish I had done the mesh. I have breastfed numerous times while hiking and having my baby laying on my chest without anyone noticing. Functionality is great. The value is WELL WORTH THE MONEY! I bought one of the girls I work with one for her baby shower present! 5 ✰✰✰✰✰

Comfortable, easy-to-use, and ergonomic for baby's hips & back
The TLDR;This is a great carrier for your baby from the time they are born (>7lbs) to over a year old (<=25lbs) that is comfortable, simple to use, and extremely portable. At $79, even with only a year or so of utility for the average parent (unless you have another child!) it is worth the price paid in terms of utility, material quality, and thoughtful design.+ Comfortable, breathable fabric that is tested and found to be free from harmful substances and safe for human health.+ Easy to set up and wear correctly+ Portable and compact when folded- Only works for a small weight range from 7-25lbs, limiting its useful lifespan for parents- Needed a bit of 'break in' time to get the elastic parts to loosen up for ease of use*Utility*The baby carrier is easy to set up with a three-step process, rolling and securing the belt buckle, cinching the fabric at the waist belt, and then securing the shoulder straps across your back. It's important to ensure that the baby's legs make an "M" shape and they are secured high up enough for you to kiss their head. Their airway should be clear and the fabric should not rise above the baby's ear. This was easy to do with our 2w old baby who is around 8lbs. The most common problem people may have putting this on is the process of rolling up the belt one fold and securing it high enough up on midsection, it's almost around your navel or lower ribs, not your waist. It is extremely important to read all instructions and watch the videos to ensure you're wearing your baby safely! The carrier is extremely light and breathable, and stretches just enough to make it comfortable but without compromising the tightness you need to wear it safely. The belt and straps are plenty long enough to accommodate pretty much any body type. The major benefit of this carrier is how compact it is. It folds up into a bundle small enough to hook on a belt loop, or toss into a small bag to carry. This means we are more likely to have this on hand when we need it and can readily travel with it without worrying about bulk. This carrier is very much intended for the first year or so of your child's life with a max weight of 25lbs, which means that it will have limited time of use for most families. This will not work for toddlers, who are often well above 25lbs. We already own an ErgoBaby Omni Dream from our first child, which works up to 45lbs... however, that carrier is more complicated and bulky. This will be a major buying decision for parents, whether to prioritize short term use or long term use. In our case, our 2yo hates being in a carrier, so having a carrier that accommodates his weight has little value for us. If I could go back in time, I would skip the ErgoBaby Omni Dream and buy the ErgoBaby Embrace for the newborn stage and then donate it or give it to a friend when we no longer needed it.*Build Quality & Care*The Ponte Knit fabric is buttery soft and very comfortable to the touch. It's relatively breathable and is not a bother to wear for extended periods of time, even in warm weather. My opinion is that this fabric blend is more comfortable to wear than the alternative air mesh, but at the cost of maximum breathability. Finding a carrier that carried certifications for being free from harmful materials was important to my partner and I, as the baby is breathing right up close to the fabric and touching it all the time. This carrier has a Oeko-Tex 100 certification, which doesn't necessarily mean it is perfect, but that the finished textile product has been tested and found to be free from harmful substances and safe for human health. This was a major plus for us.The stitching and build of the carrier is solid, with no visible loose stitching or loose fabric/threads to be seen. I did have a tough time with the elastic belt loop that holds the waist strap being too tight when it was new, which made putting on the strap properly tougher, but that has loosened up over time. The Amazon description for the Ponte knit fabric does say that it cannot be machine washed, however, having run it on gentle in the washer and hung to dry it was totally fine. ErgoBaby's instructions indicate it is safe to machine wash and air dry, but recommend using a pillowcase to stow the product while washing.
