Solid and sounds great
I bought a pair of these for a digital piano (because the built-in speakers for digital pianos are usually terrible) and they are just perfect. The response is almost too perfect for my aging ears, and I have to boost the high end a little, but that's just me.

3 way is the way!!
3 way is the way!! Clear, crisp sound as expected from these guys! This is a very well built monitor for the money! I got the 8” but, my room is a bit small for the monitor but, I’m keeping it because the quality of the audio is superb!! I have had other brands and I’m not hesitant to say this one is too notch. I like the calibration options on the back of the speaker and the sound, the sound is amazing!!!

Best studio monitors ever
These are a no brainer. They are 3 ways not 2 ways so you hear things that you may not hear or hear well with a 2 way. The clarity and separation is perfect. They are loud as all get out especially since they’re in your face. I wish they had an out or a pass through but I won’t discount them for that due to how exceptionally they sound. The build quality is also amazing. I would definitely recommend these to that wants a perfect sound for true mastering

These sound amazing!
Went from 15 year old Event Project 8s to these and I am not disappointed. Did my research, and took a chance on these and I am very happy. The detail on all frequencies is great, glad I didn’t spend more on the other 3-ways out there.

Stopped Working
Stopped working after a month and half even though all the cords work. Also had a super loud hissing sound when they were working. THey are way bigger than they look in the picture too.

These keep my mixes working in and out of the studio
Can't say enough about how great these monitors are too mix on... I always wanted to make the leap to 3-way monitoring., and this was the right move... I tested a lot of speakers, even some that were supposed to be the leading the pack and I keep going back to these for that detail you just don't get anywhere else.. Go get em!

Exceptional Fidelity and Design Delivered For An Incredible Price
*This review is for any individuals who are on the fence about changing their current studio monitors or are in the market for new ones*Switching from JBL 306p mkII to these new speakers was a game-changer. They're straightforward and crisp, and the soundstage is realistic. Unlike my old speakers, which felt too warm and caused ear fatigue, these are comfortable for extended listening. I did much research and listened to many speakers before settling on these. Despite their slight warmth on some tracks, it adds to the music's authenticity. They're almost perfectly balanced - from the bass to the highs, everything is just right.I was worried that the highs might not be up to par, but I was pleasantly surprised. They're balanced well enough for long listening sessions at safe volumes. While they don't have ribbon tweeters like those in Adams Audio, the three-way system of the Kali IN-8 V2 I got is impressive. It avoids the "headphone effect" and fills the room nicely. These speakers have been praised by many, from producers to audiophiles, for their innovation and value. They deliver studio-quality sound at home for less than a grand. My setup includes a treated room, a Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 Gen 4, and an SVS PB-1000 Pro subwoofer, which speaks to their performance in a well-equipped environment. If you're considering these, try them out at Guitar Center. They have a 45-day return policy, but I wonder if you'll need it. These speakers offer an excellent soundstage and neutral sound at this price. Even those with more expensive setups have noted their impressive quality for the price, showcasing Kali Audio's innovation. Conclusion:Just look up what audio professionals say about these speakers online. They're often highlighted as a standout for their price range, really hitting the mark on innovation. I'm not saying they're the perfect fit for everyone, but considering their audio fidelity, balanced frequency response, and clarity even at high volumes, they're an incredible choice for most. For about 95% of audiophiles looking for entry-level studio sound, or those aiming to step up from their initial monitors without spending a fortune, these speakers are a fantastic pick.Of course, it's all about what suits your taste and budget. If you're into a colder sound with less low-end emphasis (assuming you already have a subwoofer), Adam Audio's series might be more your style, offering a slightly colder sound. However, some might find it leans towards sounding more digital. On the other hand, speakers like the In-8 V2, with their warmer touch, can feel more natural, as if the music is happening right in front of you. It's not about saying one is better than the other—it's all down to personal preference. Both options are great for those diving into high-fidelity sound. Just bear in mind, whether a speaker leans warm or cold, it will highlight certain aspects of a mix. But that's exactly what producers are looking for. These speakers are designed to reveal every detail, good or bad. And when you listen to a well-mastered track, the experience is indescribable. It's like having the artist perform just for you in the studio. It's an exciting time for sound enthusiasts, truly a great era to experience audio technology.

Killer Monitors.
I'm actually using these at my office desk for computer speakers. They are big for a desk but I have the room. They are 3-way speakers with an 8" bass/subwoofer. Important for sound quality. A 2-way just can't produce the same sound effectively. Just physics. I can't get them to distort. Hard to find this quality for this price. No discount, these are MSR.FYI - I didn't buy these through Amazon. I found a better price. These are near to mid-range mixing studio monitors. Not really made for large rooms. My only wish would be that it had more source inputs.
