Cookware that is manufactured in the USA will have “Toledo Ohio” stamped on the bottom. If this is not stamped on the bottom of the pan, it is manufactured overseas in China.

Q: What is the difference between this and the 12" Frypan? Are the total capacities for each the same?

Fry Pan With Cover have 12-inch diameters and can stack with other 12-inch diameter products. The 5-Qt. Saute Pan can hold up to 2.8 quarts while the 12-In. Fry Pan has a capacity of 2.4 quarts.
