This product is complete waste of money. Hardly stick on knees, and did not help at all to relieve pain.

Yes they burn, if it’s too much for you put an ice pack on but it isn’t burning your skin it is just absorbing the herbal remedyI could barely walk because both knees were hurting from some form of arthritis, but I’m now walking around pain-free with the patches on!!!

I have used this product for about 4 weeks. It's OK but I didn't notice much of a difference. One of the main ingredients is the same as Ben-Gay. I rotated between a knee brace and this product and between the two I preferred the brace. Both just OK helped but the brace is paid for once and the patches need to be reordered. The covering of the "sticky" part is very difficult to remove. It would be helpful if the designer put a very small non-sticky area on the patch. I have Bone-on-Bone so consider that when making a decision. I am knee brace full time now when I exercise.

THESE WERE EASY TO APPLY..HAS A PLEASANT SCENT. I HAVE USED THEM ON MORE THAN 1 OCCASSION I JUST PLACED ONE ON MY BACK... PAIN GONE. IVE USED IT ON MY KNEES AND MY THIGH...PAIN GONE. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT SO I UNDERSTAND THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. BUT FOR ME...IM PURCHASING AGAIN.
