Will never go back
I have this waterflosser for four months now. It has done wonders for my gum health and I will continue to use it. This is my first waterflosser and given that it is much cheaper than the leading brands, I’m very happy with its performance.** BATTERY: The battery lasts about 2 weeks, which is amazing.** CHARGING: It charges with a USB-C cable, which was a red-line issue for me (I’m trying to only buy electronic items that use USB-C and phase out the use of proprietary chargers).** ATTACHMENTS: I use the standard head and it does a great job.** TANK CAPACITY: I fill the tank with some warm water because some of my teeth are too sensitive for cold water.I put some antibacterial mouthwash in the ‘tank’ as advised by a dentist. I usually use one full tank and top it up to finish off but I do my teeth twice so it’s possible that you could do your teeth with one tank.** TRAVELLING: It’s easy to fire into my bag if travelling and I don’t have to worry about bringing a special charger (see USB-C discussion above).** CLEANING: Every week or two, I steep it with water and vinegar solution and pump it through the device.** RECOMMENDATION: I have recommended this to my friends and now to you also.** DISCLAIMER: As mentioned, this is my first waterflosser and don’t have experience with others so I may be giving you a compromised review.

Good product, but of limited actual dental value
I bought this based off all the hype and how it was "better than flossing" etc. Turns out it isn't.The product itself is great. Works fine, good display, including remaining battery life. Doesn't lose its charge when not in use for longer periods. Loads of settings for different water strengths.Feels a bit weird at first when you shower half the bathroom in water because you haven't got used to using it, but you soon get the hang of it. It's a good idea to use warmer water if you have sensitive teeth, otherwise you'll be taking a trip to Paintown. But as an actual flosser, it doesn't do much. It just squirts water round your mouth, which is useful for dislodging small food particles but it doesn't get all of them or even close. My dentist said it's better than nothing, but it does less than a packet of interdental brushes, which cost three quid from any chemist. So a really nice product in itself, but it's not a substitute for flossing.

Works well
This is amazing, just as good as the top brand. Varied settings allow you to adjust the power, the battery lasts and the tank has enough for a full clean. No complaints at all for the price .

Better than Waterpik
Bought this to replace my waterpik that packed in after 2 years, didn't want to spend £80 on another one so fancied trying something new and got this in a sale. Honestly this is better than the waterpik by a milestone, more powerful, actually able to see the battery level and it's easier to clean with less places for mess to build up.Yet to see how effective the UV light is, I personally think it's a bit gimmicky but doesn't hurt to have it.Only thing I can't comment on is the durability

Underperformed water floss. I won’t bug again.
Very basic water tooth flosser. Not value for money. Very expensive out of the options so I thought maybe it would be a powerful floss but this isn’t. I still had to use normal floss after. I am very disappointed. I bought and tried an alternative water floss half the price that was much better performance and more powerful floss getting deep under gums to clean - this water flosser isn’t worth buying for that reason! Retailer should discount the price by 50% minimum to start having minor value.

Good water flosser but very pricey (and tips not sold separately?))
Edit: broadly pleased with my flosser after six months, but as I'm halfway through the normal daily use tips, I've realised you can't buy tips separately?? Which means that a flosser I previously thought was a bit pricey is possibly only usable for a year if you change tips every three months as advised.Original review:I've been using a cheap 'n' cheerful water flosser for around six months or so. That one was around a third of the current price of this MySmile one, though the main (only?) difference appears to be that this one has a UV function. Being honest, this is why I sprung for it: because my last one was very difficult to keep free of mould, even after a few months. This one is all good so far, though I now wash with soap and dry it out every day. I also run the UV function every evening. However, there aren't many instructions about the UV cleaning - do you run it when the flosser has water in it, as is normally the case with UV cleaning tubs, or when it's empty? The lack of detail makes me wonder if this is a bit of a gimmick, if I'm honest - hence I'm still cleaning it manually as well. That said, I do think my teeth are looking cleaner and less stained, especially inter-dentally, since swapping to this model (in combination with thread floss, too).Overall, this is a good piece of dental equipment. It's well made and nicely designed: it's easier to hold than my old one, and doesn't accidentally get turned on as often, which keeps the bathroom much drier! It comes with a set of spare heads, which you should change every 3 months or so. That said, I think this more or less does the same job as my cheaper version, although the design - with or without UV light - is easier to keep clean.
