Q: How often can you use it? Should I wait a few months between treatments?

My dentist told me some people use it too often. I use it every few months but if you drink coffee or smoke, you may need to use it more often. My dentist also said that the longer you leave it on, the better it works. Since I can sleep with the fitted tray in my mouth, I leave it in all night. This is a great product!

Q: what is the expiration date on these?

Good question! I am not sure; however, they are still highly effective. I do not use very often and still have plenty left. I have no complaints.

Good morning, great question,,,, and the answer is YES ,,, there is a sticker on the box, that so far has had a 1 year expiration date from the date of delivery. Example I recently re ordered June 1 2017 recd via prime 2 days and attached was a sticker noting: Expiration June 2018.
