Well we like big fluffy here 1 scoop 1 person and 1/2 scoop & mix flavors to make 1 scoop I bought this last yr and it still great and plenty of it !

Q: Are the flavors good? And does this product expire?

The flavor variety is great and the kids in the neighborhood loved all of them. There is an expiration date on them but its about 2 years after I bought them. I would think as long as you store them in a dry place, that they last a very long time.

Q: Will this work on a commercial machine?

I don't see why not. It's the same as the commercial machines use.
