Since I have been on these my stomachs calmed down. But this is for my issues. Great quality easy to swallow and I have had no side effects for me. Best of all no gluten.

The 400 mg b2s help grow out my hair. I bought them to thicken hair to my surprise there is something in b2 that my body needs and prevents headaches 80% of the time. Better than a beta blocker. I take one a day.

I started taking this to see if it would help with migraines. After a few months I did notice a difference. The supplement is easy to swallow but it is powdery.

My husband & I took this vitamin w/o any problems. Need higher mg's due to malabsorbstion, & take all B's individually for maximum load. Pleased with performance, & not a ton of useless fillers! Will continue to order if/when it comes back in stock.

I found out that magnesium stearate is a very toxic chemical that is put in many many vitamins, and I was happy to find this vitamin that does not contain that chemical
