Find this an excellent product for arthritic knees. Quite large capsules but I don’t have a problem. Good value for money

It works.
I've been taking a lower dose of plain tumeric for a year. I've only been taking this for 3 days, and I notice the difference. I take one when I awake and 1 before bed. I'm 56 and have arthritis in my hands and hips. Feeling great. Highly reccomend. Night time 1 helps with relaxation actually.

Not sure they do anything
I got these a few weeks back to see if they’d help my acid reflux but so far I haven’t noticed a difference, maybe it takes a few months. Also they have a strong taste/smell so maybe don’t buy if you struggle with that
